Summary:
Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.
-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.
-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.
-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Great location! Within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. Also between Old San Juan and Piñones beach, so going either direction wasn't far.The rooms were very tidy and comfortable. Beach chairs are provided and the outside shower was extremely convenient. Jose was very insightful, giving us recommendations of restaurants, beaches, tours etc.. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Check in process was easy. The outside of the property was nice. The inside of the property was good and clean, it has some minor issues. A part of the ceiling look like it has some water damage. Pieces of the ceiling was on the couch in the living room. I let the host know but didnt respond to the message about the ceiling. I will say the great reviews and pictures sold me on booking the place, I was expecting something little more nice but it wasnt a nice as seemed, it was decent though, not bad. I would also say the communication could of been better with certain issues. I tried to stay another night, extend our stay and got no response from the host, tried calling the 24/7 number and text, but nobody ever responded. I got two messages saying I hope you enjoyed your stay after I texted inquiring about staying another day, but nobody ever responding to me extending our stay.

Great apartment for a family of 3. Super close to the beach and dining and the grocery store. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and a toddler. Super cold AC. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of towels. Laundry onsite. Outdoor shower. Quiet area and very safe. Loved everything about our stay especially the proximity to the beach. Easy walk with a stroller. Super close to the airport. I would stay here again 100%!!!

Very safe and clean with gorgeous patio area. Short walk to a gorgeous beach that wasn’t overcrowded. I definitely hope to stay here again. Conveniently located near the airport and a walking distance away from ton of good restaurants the famous 787 coffee. I highly recommend Pa Pical.

Amazing place. Will be booking here every time we come back to PR
it was very affordable and accommodating. Perfect for 2 people. Had absolutely no problems with wifi or water or electricity. It was extremely spacious, with a kitchen and stove and a large mini fridge. It had a living area and a dining table, the bedroom was in a seperate room with an extremely comfortable bed, a verrry LARGE 2 pane sliding closet mirror for selfies and the bathroom was amazing water pressure was great, water heats as you use it so has no problems there. Id advise to bring bottled waters for drinking though. It was a 6-10 minute walk to Isla Verde beach and the beach was not completely filled with people! Lots and lots of open area and I even fell asleep on the beach, woke up 2 hours later and my belongings were not bothered at all. Amazing restaurants and food trucks all up & down the street. Will be booking this property every time we return
