Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
