The breakfast food didn’t look or taste fresh. This hotel charged almost $35 for service fees beyond everything that I had already paid with Hotels.com yet they couldn’t explain why or what those fees were for. I would not recommend!

Overall, the room met our expectations; however, the bathroom was a significant disappointment. The sink was not functioning for the first three days of our stay, despite notifying the hotel upon check-in. Additionally, the shower did not properly contain the water, which resulted in the bathroom floor being consistently flooded after each use. On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was included was poorly prepared and offered very limited variety, which did not meet expectations. While there were some positive aspects to our stay, the ongoing maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly impacted the overall experience.

Staff (though friendly) gave us conflicting or wrong information several times. Bad mistake on coding room keys meant that we walked in on another family - glad it was during the day. Breakfast buffet was terrible. AC in room rattled loudly all night, door didn't close without a shove. Good location across from Isla Verde beach access.
