Noisy property and uncleanliness

I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. Initially checked in and was greeted with loud banging on the wall!! Broken toilet seat, toilet paper roll hanging off the wall and a disgusting microwave so filthy I couldn’t use. Contacted host only for him to move me to another property where I could not work due to the construction going on around the property. Was impossible to get work done and handle zoom calls without being interrupted with the construction noise. Checked out several days early and contacted host for a refund. Never heard from him.
