Great little place! Convenient, clean, nice staff. The rooms are not sound proof, so you might hear your upstairs neighbor. We were next to the elevator, which was a little loud. Still, we would stay here again!

Overall the rooms are clean, smell decent, and there is free and easy parking. However be aware that the showers leak. I've stayed in two different rooms on separate occasions and both showers leaked which led to a lot of water on the bathroom floor. I think the sliding door is missing a seal or something, hopefully they address it. It does get a little noisy but it is expected due to the location. Also, Orbitz says there is no elevator. This is incorrect, there IS an elevator. I would stay here again for walking convenience to the Marina, Ghirardelli Square, and the waterfront. The free parking and no resort fees are also pluses.
