The hotel is small, basic amenities but clean and good location.

Except for difficulity in locating the facility, we had a good experience. Motel sign was difficult to see while driving. Staff was polite and helpful. Nearby good restaurant was a plus. Overall, a good destination; I will stay here again if I return to Redwood city. I would definitrly recommend.

A little road noise because the hotel is right on El Camino Real, but it was clean and comfortable and close to everything!

The room was clean and comfortable. The site was in good distance to where we were suppose to go. Really comfortable place and affordable.

- heating system in room not working - they said they were "waiting for a part." They had supplemented with a plug in heater, but even when original heating unit was off and we knew it wasn't working, it came on and blew cold air intermittently during the night! - they said they had no guide for the TV channels, so we couldn't figure out what was what. - sink had drip that needs fixing.

no elevator and no rooms available on the first floor.

We needed something close to Sequoia Hospital. Location was good. Neighborhood is not the best at night.

this is all business for me and close to where I need to go in this area.

We stayed here because we needed to be close by Stanford for a medical appointment. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. We were on the ground floor, but it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and we got a good night's sleep. The price was good and that's why we chose it. The motel is quiet even though it is on a main highway, which actually makes it easy to find. The people at the reception desk were very friendly. Continental breakfast was slim pickings. The desk clerk seemed responsive to a few suggestions we made, such as replacing a torn lampshade.

Staff was helpful. Our room smelled of smoke (AC unit) and had a running toilet and the lights in the bathroom went out just before we left. (breaker?)

Perfect location to our main transaction venue in Redwood City.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Their suggestions and directions to San Francisco were perfect!

room was very clean the location was great and the price was outstanding

Good location, reasonable price, very skimpy breakfast offerings, comfortable bed, clean room.

Located within walking distance to the Redwood train station and several markets. Near the freeway 101 north and south entrance. I would use and recomend this if I had business there again.

The staff was great. The room was nice and very comfortable. TV package was fair. Breakfast was fair. Overall value was great. Location was very nice: close to US-101. Only real negative in the room was that the drawer slides were pretty much non-functional in the furniture. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

When my wife and i entered we were greeted by a friendly staff that even offered us a complimentary work out at the gym a little way down the street. While we were there my wife and i ordered pizza from the local pizza place. It was just for the one night. We didn't need to go out and get bathroom supplies because the hotel had complimentary bathroom supplies on hand. This comes in handy when you are from out of state.

Unfortunately I had to be in this area for a friend's memorial service; however, I have to say staying at the Best Western made my visit a little easier to bear. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thoughtful details in the room that made the difference included a small microwave and fridge, as well as an iPod alarm clock, and nightlight in the bathroom. In the lobby, they even have a bowl of different types of phone chargers in case you forgot yours. The continental breakfast was basic, but was served in the clean, sunny lobby area and was substantial enough to save some dough on another meal. I didn't have a car, so it was an added bonus to have the Caltrain station about a 15 minute walk away, as well as restaurants, Starbucks, and a liquor store within walking distance of 5-10 minutes. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Although it was too cool out to swim, it was nice to be able to sit outside in the sun by the (very pretty) pool and take in some Vitamin D. Overall a very pleasurable stay at this hotel!

Quiet location, comfortable bed, large clean room.
