Love all the way outdoor space definitely a great touch also a great place if you travel with children
Old property. Hallway carpet looked very diry not vacuumed. Wet pool towels left outside the room across from us. Stayed there until we left the nwct day. Kids not allowed in pool. But played volkeyball at at the outside bar area until after midnight. Noisy
The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and one of the nicest people
Property had everything we needed in the vicinity. Restaurants, market, bar, etc. resort was clean and safe.
Parking was hit or miss but other than that place was great
I very very much like the patio that overviews Mission Valley. Makes me not feel caged up. It's the #1 reason I always at at this place.
Very poor service and other guests both on my floor and in the same Palm Tower confirmed my same issues and complaints. Waited over 45 minutes to check-in! Lobby was packed with people checking in and happy hour at the bar, cars are double parked causing a traffic jam with cars reversing through roundabouts to get out. We get to our room, entry light is out and the light in the bathroom flickers, fridge is a heater and hot to the touch. I spent the night calling the front desk, every call went unanswered. I walked over to the front desk to see the check-in line still as long as it was hours ago. Finally at 10:20pm got the front desk to offer maintenance to stop by, told they can schedule someone to come by at 11:30pm to look at the room both the fridge and light, to which I decided that was too late, and they offered to come at noon the next day. At 5am I awoke and walked through a flood caused by leaking water from the fridge. Fridge is located in the entryway where there is no light, closest source of light is the flickering bathroom light. I called the front desk to report the leak and they would schedule someone from maintenance to stop by. Wait, I thought I had a noon appt? Noon came with no visit, around 7pm we got a knock on the door, maintenance with a second fridge, plugged it in and left, didn't even care about the lights. The morning of the leak, a couple in the elevator asked if my fridge leaks and we shared the same issue. Out of space but there's more complaints
Great location pool everything was nice will return
The building we stayed in was really old. The elevator does not work properly. The bathroom is so out dated and old.
Room smelled like weed . Very limited food options for breakfast
Friendly stuff, property is a little bit old and lots of construction work is around.
A mix of new hip stuff and old stuff made new. Pretty nice. Great pool.
Property is nice. Parking was challenging due to several events happening at hotel/conference centers.
Great resort, safe area, everything was excellent.
Lipstick on a pig. Facility was dirty, room was dirty
This is a pet friendly property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor/outdoor bar is convenient. The restaurant, Arlo, is excellent. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. The rooms are clean and well-appointed.
