Unit was great for a family get together. The deck is awsome - lots of coffee in AM & cocktails in evening watching the beach/surf. Unit was clean & everything was as advertised. You can get a bigger SUV into the parking spot (our rental was a QX80) - but anything longer than that won't work.

Close to the beach. Just fans, no AC. Clean. Few things needed attention or replacement i.e. ice maker. Parking spot was helpful but should be better marked for each unit.

Great view!

Loved our week here! The beautiful view of the beach from the deck was enjoyed with coffee in the morning and during the evening around the firepit. The house was clean and a good fit for 6 of us. The location was great! Walks on the mission walk way, easy access to the beach. I gave it overall 4 stars for the following reasons: parking is a bit tight but do-able, bathroom in primary also a bit tight but do-able and the furniture on the deck could use an upgrade-especially the pillows. But the deck was a huge winner!Thank you for a great stay!

Beach Paradise!

Fantastic family vacation with grandkids. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location and access to the beach. Great communication from hosts! Clean and welcoming! Huge patio a great asset particularly with kids. Parking easy for SUV. Easily a 10/10. Will definitely be returning!Thanks for a great worry-free stay.

Wonderful rental

We really enjoyed being so close to the beach, and the townhouse was a good size for the four of us. It was very convenient to have both a parking spot and the washer/dryer. Property management company was very responsive when a fire alarm battery needed replacing. Will definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego!

Family Beach Weekend

Overall nice property within walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. It was busy due to Spring Break so parking our second car was challenging, but we found a lot about a 12 minute walk away that allowed overnight parking. Communication about check in, the property and departure was excellent.

Great place and location

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, it was spacious and in a great location. Very close to beach and to Belmont Park. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the dishwasher was full of mold. Other than that, all is great.

Perfect, Quiet Getaway, Steps from the Beach, Private Patio, Hot Tub & Parking

Our family had a fabulous stay here! Perfect location-steps from the beach and boardwalk. The property was in a great, central, safe location. The beds and linens were comfortable. We made great use of the hot-tub everyday. We loved watching the sunset from the patio in the evenings- it was quite beautiful. The rooms were clean, and showers were good. The property team was always responsive as well. This property accommodated our brief family vacation perfectly and we will likely book it again if we come back to the San Diego area in the future!

Wonderful place to stay.

This property had it all and was the perfect place for my husband and 2 boys! Proximity to beach was prefect, the fact they supplied beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs was definitely above and beyond. My favorite part was the ability to communicate with property managers and hear back immediately. Felt like we had a front desk at all times. Price was just right and house had everything we needed. Comfy beds. The French doors in the master are a little hard to use but other than that everything was perfect!

Beautiful view from the deck. The hot tub was hot, the grill worked well and the fire pit was welcome in the cool evening. The owners left towels, chairs, boogie boards and kids sand toys for us to use. 5 of us were very comfortable there.

Family Vacation

Nice place. Short walk to Belmont Park, one house from the beach. We’ve stayed at a few places in Mission Beach over the years and this was our favorite so far. Would have liked to stay longer.

Beach Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property - so close to the beach and bay. Loved the deck and nice view of ocean. Great hot tub, grill and outdoor seating. Well stocked kitchen, lots of windows for good ocean breeze. Would love to stay here again!

Great property and location

Everything was great about the property, the stay, and the hosts! Everything was just as listed. Location was great - 1 house away from the beach, so close enough but yet more private than being on the beach. The patio area was great with the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. We used it often. Amenities were also more plentiful than expected - kitchen and bathroom stuff, plenty of propane, including spares, and nice selection of beachy stuff. 5 stars all around.

Great location by the ocean

My friends and I really enjoyed this house. There was only one row of houses between it and the ocean, so we had some beautiful partial views in addition to the ocean air and clear sound of the waves. The entire property was very clean, including the hot tub, and the place was properly equipped with towels, hair dryers, kitchenware, etc. The only downside was that you do have to take your luggage up and down a full flight of stairs, but it was worth it for the second floor views.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

The apartment was just as we hoped - clean, attractive, very comfortable, and well situated. Loved morning jogging and walks along the beach and beautiful sunset views! It’s an easy, short walk to good food (pizza, Mexican, sushi, pub food, etc), a well-stocked local market, and to family recreation. The apartment is in a quiet location, though. Also the hot tub is clean and in good repair, and it is serviced a couple of times per week. Check in and check-out was easy, and they have a great link to an online guidebook for the apartment with instructions and tips on everything, even how to swim safely when the currents are particularly strong. Our mid-sized sedan rental fit into the parking space. If you need a larger vehicle or more parking, there is parking by the jetty just a short walk away. The hosts were attentive (though we didn’t need to communicate much with them - they set us up very well). We loved our stay and would definitely return!
