A bonus queen pull-out couch in the living room accommodates two additional sleepers. One bathroom features a convenient combo shower/tub and the other has a sleek shower. Additional perks include mini split systems for heat, A/C, and dehumidifier in the living room and all bedrooms, quiet high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a designated carport parking spot. Surrounded by serene greenery, koi ponds, and sparkling lakes, the community offers an array of amenities, including a tennis court, pool, spa, BBQ area, and clubhouse. - Please note: EV charging stations are located on-site, but tenant is fully responsible for any electric vehicle bills.
- Pets ok with prior approval and fee of $150 per pet.
- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
- Baby bathtub, kids toys, and pool/beach towels available for guests.
- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00pm - 9:00am. No excessive noise.
