The beds are small

We have full beds in our private rooms (unless renting a bunk bed private) and the bunk beds all have normal sized twin beds, most with a pillowtop making them between 9 and 12 inches high. As we don't know who this guest is, we cannot figure out what he was expecting that disappointed him.
