Ocean Front 2 bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Whitewater views from 3rd floor and south facing (quiet side) condo. 2 ocean view balconies. Parking spot in garage and secure building. 2 elevators, & community hot tub. Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
