Second time I’ve stayed here. The heat did not work in either room (104 or 106.) I’ve seen more comfortable beds in the penitentiary. The vending machines don’t work. It’s clean and quiet, but not really convenient or comfortable. I’ve stayed in a couple other hotels from the same chain in the same city this year and just straight up was not this cold or uncomfortable or inconvenienced at any of them. If you insist on staying here, the vending machines in the hotel next door work. Maybe I should have just stayed there.

Toilets don’t work for a couple of days after certain time and nearby hotel mates have similar issues. Also when you call the front desk, no one picks up the phone and I called numerous times of the day to get room change or to fix their toilet.

Even though you are close to a freeway, the room I had did face away from the freeway and was rather quiet. The room was clean and the furniture looked relatively new. The only thing that was missing in the room was a chair for the desk should you ever need to use it for work. Something like that you could easily ask for from the front desk. But since it was only for a night, it was hardly worth the bother. But beyond that, definitely a comfy place to rest.

I was not thrilled with the location. Nothing like the picture shown. Backs onto the freeway so there’s that noise. But I was tired and just wanted to get some rest. I got to my room, which was clean, and as I pulled back the sheets to lay down discovered scattered hair throughout. I asked for another room which was not a problem. But then as I pulled covers back, found hair again. At this point, I just asked for a refund, which was not a problem, front desk was very apologetic and nice about it.
