I woke up late on Sunday, and called the office. Check in is on time at 3:00pm. Their 1/2 hr grace time for check out is from 11:00am until 11:30am; I had 10 min to be out; no exceptions. They got their full 3 1/2 hrs of maintenance time to change sheets, wipe down, etc.

Staff was not very friendly. I booked and paid for a non smoking room which I did get. Unfortunately she let me know I got the last one & I should've called in before 6 to let her know I really did want a non smoking room! Wait a minute, my reservation plainly stated that's what I paid for! She said it would be too bad for the next 11 guests who had ordered non smoking rooms and if they didn't like the smoking ones they could go somewhere else and get a refund! Excuse me??? She even said that her non smoking rooms were only requests and I didn't pay for it, as I am looking at my booking!. My room was nice but I will never stay or recommend this motel as long as this girl is in charge. She let me know she works 6 days a week there and that she can't get anyone to do their jobs there. Hmmm. I only stayed one night. Check out is 11. The maid was about to unlock our room and come in to clean it at 9 when I heard her as I was coming out of the bathroom and said from inside my room I would be out by checkout at 11. I was gone by 10. My room was fine and I had plenty of towels and a nice enough bed, but not worth the attitude of the guest service person in charger

This motel was great value for your money. We chose it because it is pet friendly and they do not charge a fee for your pet, which is wonderful. I would go back just because of that. My only complan is that the people who stay here looks kind of sketchy. Also the walls are too thin and we had a drunk neighbour next door that did not not let us sleep at all at night.

People working there were all very helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

They don't provide shampoo and soap and you have to buy them ,.. really? !!! Also you have to buy day pass for the internet ... sounds like early 2000 Overall not happy with this stay.. For the money I could have stayed many other places

Staff was friendly, room could have been slightly cleaner and bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, no real complaints.

Doesn't have hair dryer, no clocks, lack of sink space. This motel needs to have more updated ammenities.

I experienced the following during my one night stay: Poor room cleanliness (smelled like a non-smoking room when it wasn't, dirty corners of the room). Wifi IS NOT free. The bed was small. The pillows had a few hairs on them and they didn't smell pleasant. There wasn't a small fridge. The toilet paper roll was almost finished.

I chose this place because it was close to my relatives for the wedding we attended and especially because it was pet friendly.

We were happy that it is pet friendly. We were close to my relatives which was the goal. The water pressure in the shower was much stronger than needed while the water pressure at the sink was something to be desired. Hardly any water came out... must have routed it all to the shower which kind of hurt as it plastered the body. In and out location was not good. The driveway was just off of the off ramp which made it hairy as cars were exiting the freeway and had to be careful not to get hit when leaving. Seems like the city or someone could have put a drive off the busy exit ramp. And to get to it from the east one has to go onto the entrance ramp of the 805 and go around and back off... otherwise drive down to the Walmart stop light and turn around. No easy way to get there from the east.

The door was a little hard to open and close and the water pressure in the shower and toilet were low. Otherwise good tv options, bed was comfy, perfect for one or two people.

Staff rude and short. Didn't say hello or welcome. Room was clean. Just stayed over one night.

Very noisy area. With the freeways and the jets from the air force base much disturbance at all hours. Also lower level not a good idea with wooden floors above. A lot of homeless people around kept checking my uhaul during all the times I woke up from noise..... Also the bed kept slipping away room the pedestal it sat on.. And the TV was encased and the volume wasn't good ..very muffled .. Could hear all my neighbors TVs.... They probably too had muffled issue.

This motel was great value for your money. We chose it because it is pet friendly and they do not charge a fee for your pet, which is wonderful. I would go back just because of that.
