Second time I’ve stayed here. The heat did not work in either room (104 or 106.) I’ve seen more comfortable beds in the penitentiary. The vending machines don’t work. It’s clean and quiet, but not really convenient or comfortable. I’ve stayed in a couple other hotels from the same chain in the same city this year and just straight up was not this cold or uncomfortable or inconvenienced at any of them. If you insist on staying here, the vending machines in the hotel next door work. Maybe I should have just stayed there.

My first stay the unit had a microwave and everything seemed to function normal, second stay was in a different unit there was no microwave, and tv was not functioning fixed it myself, and had to provide my own blankets and pillows due to lack of service, one of the gentleman in the front desk was nice enough to heat up my food in the microwave that’s in the office. Overall decent stay for someone who dose not ask for much other than a roof and a bed to sleep.

Room wsa small bed was hard like sleeping on floor with a blanket TV was small and very un modern toilet was about two feet from floor should have just put a hole in the floor to use the towels were small the only thing that was except able heater/air conditioner checked out a day early and asked if i get one less day charge and they told me i had to go through you guys whish you had i -rate
