Family trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great, for us. The back yard was a nice place to gather and take family photos. The house was clean and it was not too far from the MCRD (30 minutes, at the most, with weekday traffic). I would definitely stay here again.

Good times for SDSU graduation

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the inside of the house. We loved the backyard with all the different fruit trees although there were ants. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms served all 9 of us perfectly. Loved the kitchen except we wished there were more large bowls to serve food in. Beautiful dishes (loved the hawaiian themed design). We were centrally located and it was easy to get to different locations from east to west and north to south easily. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definetely stay at this home again.

Fully equipped kitchen, had everything you needed. We didn't have to go to the store right away for any supplies, except for food. * NO washcloths or face rags, only towels. NO tv in bedrooms , so you couldn't retire to your bedroom to watch tv. Where you have pictures in bedrooms, install tv. Spray for spiders. Nice backyard no bbq grill. Clean. Would stay again, if tv were put in bedrooms.Nice neighborhood.

Spacious home in San Diego. In older neighborhood

The property was lovely home well manicured on the outside in beautiful in the inside everything was clean and in order . However the only downside was the neighborhood was a bit on the rough side.

We fit.

The property was large enough for our group size of 10. This place was the right fit for our family. We were comfy in the openness and cleanliness. This house offered four bedrooms and 3 bathroom, accommodations. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and had all the necessary tools for cooking and serving. Too bad the weather was hot that weekend because we had to stay within the home when preferred to eat in the patio area to avoid going out in the warmth. As it turns there is poor air conditioning on the second level of the house. It was uncomfortable getting prepared and ready.. Tried adjusting the air to full capacity and it did not work. That's maybe why the 2-bed bedroom has a floor fan in it to help with this issue. Spotted critters roam the floors so caution for little ones in their crawling stage. In perspective, the house is as it is shown in the pictures and listing.

House was as described

Easy check-in process. House was overall clean and comfortable. There was rice and shrimp left in microwave and kitchen smelled really bad. We had to clean it out, it was very gross. If planning to save money and cook meals, cooking utensils were very basic. No toaster, used air fryer/baking system and no grill. A/C wasn't working but owner resolved quickly. Beds and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Just what we needed

We stayed at this home with 5 adults and 5 teenagers for a baseball tournament in San Diego. It was perfect. Having 3 bathrooms with 3 showers was a plus. It was clean and comfortable. Has 2 washers and 2 dryers which we didn't use but we thought "how great is that" The kitchen is roomy and met our needs. The beds were comfortable. I know having 10 people we probably should have brought our own towels because the ones at the house were white and we needed more of them but we usually bring our towels so it is really a suggestion not a complaint. The neighborhood was older and at first we were nervous but it was super quiet and we hardly saw anyone outside. All in all it was the perfect house for what we needed and highly recommend it. One of our friends left a gold cross and chain in the master bathroom so we let the owner know and hope she gets back to us on how to return it back to him. Thank you Traci

Well furnished, large property
