This Spanish style villa was originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. Unit includes: Smart 70 inch TV in living room and smart TV is master bedroom, AC/heat, laundry room with washer/dryer, high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, custom cabinets with slow closing drawers & hinges, under-counter LED lighting, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, recessed LED lighting, solid core doors, custom bathrooms with high end tub and shower.

Pet and family friendly!
We are proud to provide a space perfect for the full family, including our smallest and furriest family members. The unit also includes a pack and play for the smallest members of your family. Smart 70 inch TV in living room and smart TV is master bedroom. We've also stocked the unit with cards, board games and a Nintendo 64 to keep the whole family entertained.

Parking was easy, check in/out was organized and easy, the accommodations were top notch, and the host was responsive and pleasant! The lodgings ARE in the flight path of San Diego airport, so you will see very low flying planes from several airlines, but we thought that was cool and sat on the patio in the evenings watching them roll in. Fantastic place! It is our second time here. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds. Living room is separated from the bedrooms so you do not need to worry about talking too loud in the morning for those that are still sleeping. Backyard is a big bonus for this area. Location couldn’t be easier to get everywhere near downtown.
