The perfect San Diego getaway on Crown Point in Pacific Beach, less than a block away from the sandy shores of Crown Point Beach Park with full family amenities. Dog Friendly remodeled 2-bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Bayview balcony overlooking the in-ground spa and a large private patio. Hi-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer and all the amenities of home. Dog friendly neighborhood, walking distance to dog friendly parks and beach area. Watch the summer SeaWorld fireworks from you private balcony.

The space
Beautiful triplex with in-ground spa 1/2 block from the beach. This is a two level townhouse. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a sliding glass door to a large private patio. Each bedroom has a queen bed with thick mattress and a plush auto inflate queen size air beds should the need arise.

There is a large remodeled bathroom with a separate makeup vanity. Brand new washer and dryer.

Large hallway closet for storing sports gear or bikes.

Upstairs is the living room with a large ceiling fan, lots of windows and air conditioning, kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the spa.

In-Ground spa and large 7-burner barbecue right outside the front door in the common area.

Designated parking on the property. Street parking is readily available as well.

Excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean, modern and in great condition. Central location walkable to the bay and bike paths. Try Tajima Ramen and Rocky’s Burger’s around food, both are walkable.

Perfect location

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in the perfect location. There were five of us that stayed there and there was plenty of room. The only flaw I have is that the mattress in the second bedroom was a little lumpy. Besides that everything else was perfect. He had plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everyday cooking.

Great Experience

Lovely place to stay, clean and organized. Great amenity, the whole family enjoyed staying in this property. Close to the park and the beach. I personally liked the linens, they were fresh and soft. There was plenty of towels too. Kids enjoyed the smart TV. Husband and I, enjoyed the k-cup coffee provided by them. Dog friendly, this was the first time we took our dog with us and it made everyone very happy that she was with us and not in a dog hotel. The owner, Stuart, has been in contact with from the moment I booked this place. He sent us all the information and guidelines by text and email. Everything in the house was functional and in great shape. Highly recommend it.

Great Host & Great Location

From the second we made our reservation Stuart the owner was in constant contact checking on every detail of our stay. The house is in a great location steps from the bay and minutes to the beach. Our kids loved the house and having a hot tub just outside the door. We would definitely stay again.

Family and Pet trip

First, Stuart was quick to reply on any questions I had regarding the place and process. I have never had an owner respond so quickly. The home was clean, in an amazing location and we all loved our time. I had my senior fur baby there so he could see the beach one last time. The home was welcoming, sparkly clean and a perfect size. The beds were comfy, the pillows fluffy and there were extra pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I was looking for to feed my family. Location wise, we were within beach front to the left and right both an easy walk. Fiesta island, Sea world, Coronado were all under 10 minute drive. Truly a pretty magical spot. If I could give extra stars I would. This location is on the top of my list when I return. Worth every penny and then some!

Great location! Instructions were easy. Very clean! I loved there was more than enough towels for everyone. air mattresses had all the linens along with comfy sofa sleeper . Ground level and second story patios were great! Walking distance to everything! Stuart the host checked on us to see how the stay was going and if we needed anything. I give it 5 stars!
