Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Parking Details: There is space for one car onsite. Please be aware that street parking is extremely limited, therefore this home would be best suited for those that only have 1 vehicle/rideshare. Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Really nice spot on the bay, with an outdoor patio. Property needs some care (curtain rods kept falling down, door lock was difficult to operate, no dresser or drawers to store clothes) but overall a good price to stay right on the water.

Wonderful location!
Just a perfect setting off point for biking, paddleboarding, walking or loafing on the sand. Check out Mission Bay Aquatic Center where you can go rent a paddleboard or kayak or whatever and then just paddle your way back to the house where friends have set up a camp in the sand. House is fine, if a little worn, but no big deal. I DO think the owners should spring for full sized silverware at some point! :)

Great location
Great location with views of the bay and quick walk to the ocean. Small quirks: neighbor’s flood light doesn’t shut off at night and the bedroom is pretty bright because of that. Parking spot was too small to fit the 4 cars assigned there, which caused a problem. Staff was easy to communicate with and help with needs.
