Happy but not happy
Good location plenty amenities to do ! But the house was not wat I expected!!! I wasn't able to cook cause there was a mouse that ate thru the bag of rice I brought !!!so was afraid to cook!! The beds were comfy! Overall cleanliness was kk!! Had mildew in the sink! Not worth the amount I paid to stay here!!!

Good location
Mostly a great location to near by things to do and see. The rooms are spacious and the beds were mostly comfortable. One bathroom is big with dual sinks and the other is smaller but still good. TVs in both rooms but only one room has drawers for clothes. However both rooms have good closet space. There is no common area. The kitchen is small but it was no problem. The patio was a nice space but wicker furniture was all broken and snagged a couple shirts. The down stairs common area was pretty and spacious. There was a broken wood that should be replaced. Walking down from the street into the place is very narrow. The planes are fun to watch and the view is beautiful. If your sensitive to noise the planes and train might bother you but we were fine. There is a heater our something in one of the rooms that does make noise too. It visually looks clean but to me it didn’t feel clean and I’m not sure if that’s just being close to the ocean but it felt like it could use a good scrub however it visually was clean. Even though others were staying in the other rooms of the house it felt private. Their kitchen pans needs to be replaced as they are very scratched and not good to cook with, food will stick.

Exactly what we needed for the nature of our trip
A couple of the deck and bridge boards need replacing and it could use a fresh paint job in the smaller bathroom. Screws were missing out of one of the stool tops. Bed frame foot was loose and stripped so it made the bed come apart when used but you could put it back together and still use it.
All in all it was perfect for what we needed. It just needs a little TLC.
We would definitely stay here again.
