The staff are never available. Sometimes you have to call their number a dozen times before anyone picks up. And even then, they tell you you have to speak with the manager, who, that’s right, isn’t available. This property is a disaster.
Great hotel - is practically new and hotel staff were quiet but friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Hotel is located in a nice area, with a very nice apartment complex across the street and a small breakfast/doughnut shop next door that we walked to! Be aware there is an additional $20 per night “occupancy tax” and a very small tourism tax (our was $0.37 per night) on top of the taxes and fees you see listed on Orbitz. Other than that, the hotel and staff itself were great and I would definitely recommend!
