The room was perfect...but bed mattress wasn't in good shape also i requested a shower for handicapped and they didn't complied with it.alsi i asked to speak to a manager abd they denied it (i wantedto canceled it because of all these) but they wanted to charge me a fee and wait to talk to manager 24 hours after

The breakfast tasted like it was old. The area was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was supposed to be handicapped only thing handicap. There was the toilet. The bed was 12 inches off the ground which for an older person that has handicap as ridiculous. this is the first time at this hotel I won’t be back.

Carla at the front was very professional, kind and accommodating. Sweet and personal. Breakfast was cold. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. We've stayed at Holiday Inn Express many times before without any issues. This was the first time we had a bad experience.
