The lady that checked me in was awesome. Her alone will make me stay again.
We waited in the lobby continuously calling the number on the desk because she was the only one working, which was not her fault. We found 3 dead roaches in our room, the sheets were dirty. We requested new ones and changed them ourselves because the person at the front desk let us know she was the only one there and it would be a little bit, again not her fault. There were no wash cloths in the room. We were very happy to get out of there at check out. We checked all of our bags before putting them in the car to ensure nothing was coming home with us.
The property was good. Just that the fire alarm went off at 4:30 and could not go back to sleep.
Should be more clean, saw grease and crumbs when I first walked in. Great service other wise.
No one to check in people after 10 even with approved call for late entry. Drunk fighting in parking lot and lobby. Police called. A true mess
i feels unsafe.. you can see people in the parked car sleeping and smoking whatever… the room smell weed.
we were greeted by a friendly and professional representative when we checked in. However when we walked around the room we saw a sandy footprint on the bed and sand on the floor below that footprint. When we opened the bed the sheets appeared as if someone had laid in the bed then reapplied the comforter. The room did have refrigerator and microwave but was bare bones otherwise- no lotion, no shampoo etc. I was paying for this room for one night for an out of town guest who had stayed elsewhere the first two nights and needed to remain in town one more night and the previous hotel had no availability. I thought because Woodspring was so new, there could be very little wrong with it and the price was affordable. My guest didn't want me to request a different room but later encouraged me not to send any other guest there and I won't.
The Manager has no costumer service! Very rude. Always had an. Attitude
Great place for an extended stay! Good price for the quality of the hotel! We had a pleasant stay, minus a few inconveniences due to no communication between the employees.
