Nasty air/heat fan that needs cleaning/replacing. Blew really foul smell. Carpet dirty. Would be better to have all tile. Daughter loved the tub..only good thing. Very small room. Nice size bathroom.
Room was a non-smoking room, when I walked in it smelled like a giant ashtray. Also did not feel comfortable taking a shower in the dirty bathroom. The shower curtain had black smears in many places. Will not return.

The hotel location was very good but every thing is squeezed . Bathrooms are good and very clean tho very small. Bath tab is also very small for a medium person not good for an average person. Bedding are old especially the blankets and bed covers . Fridge are too small. I had a stay for 5 days and the fridge could not even hold my 1 day food. I lost a lot of food that went bad.Breakfast was good but there is no dinning area so I preffered not to have it than taking it to the room
The rooms are clean and equipped with mounted HD TVs. This hotel is a great value for the price and amenities that they offer compared to hotels within the same price range. The staff is friendly and ready to accommodate their guests from check in to check out!
During my stay at the hotel the windows did not lock and small locks that screwed to the base of the windows were in all the windows seals. I was moved to another room for ease of mind. I could not connect to the Internet at all. There were no micro-waves in the rooms as advertised. There were no irons or ironing boards in the rooms. They provided an iron with a very small ironing board which made it very difficult to iron my clothes. The continental breakfast wasn't much. They recommended eating at Denny's next door. The customer service person was friendly and very helpful. If I visit the area again in the future, I would prefer to pay more money to stay at a better hotel. I got what I paid for and learned a valuable lesson. I even checked out of the hotel 2 days early without getting money back for my early cancelation. But that is their policy and I understood that and moved on elswhere.
