The property was very pleasant, I hate spending over $200.00 on a hotel room only to find it is or should be worth less than $100.00. which was the one we stayed in the night before. The only complaint of this hotel is it is very due for some bathroom renovations. Other than that a very good stay for the price.
We checked into our room and was getting settled in my 2 year old daughter was exploring the room and we caught her with a big vape in her mouth due to the hotel not cleaning well enough. I made a complaint and is till waiting for a call from their manager.
Stayed for only 1 night due to early meeting in Rialto next morning. Probably the best option in the Fontana/Rialto area. Room was huge which was a plus!! Parking was ample and close to shopping/dining. Only downside was the smell of weed in the hallways which management may not be able to control.
I loved that the hotel is close to the very nice view of the mountains. The landscaping around the building and areas are very nice. The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is very nice as well as my room. Con: There is a service road or road behind the hotel facing the mountains and I didn’t like the big rigs parking there and causing a lot of noise. They use that road to park their huge trucks and that is very unlikeable.

Everything was ok until my checkout in the early morning. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager. There was no one at the front desk and I called the front desk from the lobby, letting the phone ring. No one came around until 20 minutes later. Other than that, the stay was great!
