The building and rooms are overall very clean and inviting. The amenities in the room were helpful, which include an entire kitchen w/ utensils and dishes. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft. Overall a great and pleasant stay!

Paid a fair price for the room but got surprised by additional parking fee. It’s a motel, not a downtown hotel. Guessing 100% of guests arrived by car and no shortage of parking lot. Staff less than engaged. Finally, overpowering sweet/chemical smell in hallway that made sleeping in the room tough. Spoke with front desk and she pretended to be unaware (impossible) and said she would put in a work order for the following day. Nice enough property, though.

We were evacuated because of the Spring Fire in Moreno Valley and decided to book a room at this extended stay hotel. The price was not bad and the location was decent. It was nice and clean. Equipped with a full kitchen and nice sized flat screen. It was very quiet which we appreciated after such a long stressful day trying to hurry to get as much as we could to evacuate. Everything was good EXCEPT. We arrived a little after 10pm. I understand the doors were locked due to the time of night. However, there was no sign of when they would return and no one would answer the phones. Once the guy came out at least 15 minutes later he looked like he just woke up from a nap, yawning and disheveled. I told him that me and another family had been waiting and he explained he had to do rounds on the area. I said ok, but maybe you could leave a sign or something next time. After that he became extremely rude and began speaking in a harsh tone as he began the check in process. When I asked questions he responded with an attitude and cut me off at everytime. I let him know we just want to get our room and wanted to understand how things work at an extended stay since we were part of the fires and did not know how long we may need to stay. He continued to be rude and insensitive. Luckily, another employee arrived to the front desk and I asked if she could help me finish completing my check in because he was so rude. He tried to protest, but she saw the tension and took over.

Stayed here during a music festival weekend. Got a great deal on the price, so I can't complain too much. There are lots of shops and dining options close by. Unfortunately I couldn't connect to the WiFi at all the entire stay. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you.

I would definitely recommend this place to others! The lobby is very inviting and the rooms are extremely clean! There’s only 2 things that I didn’t really like, they kept $65 after checkout and the cooking utensils were very small. But other than it was a good place to stay at.

Rooms are brand new and absolutely beautiful. The one thing that they need to put in the bathroom is conditioner and lotion. All they had was shampoo. The other suggestion is to have a small bottle of dish soap in the room for people who are wanting to clean dishes or cook instead of having to go to the front desk. Was a very quiet and clean hotel which was obviously fairly new and in great condition. Enjoyed using the gym which had a elliptical and two treadmills as well as a peloton bike. They had free weights as well. Unfortunately, coffee was unavailable for us that morning due to some issue. FYI there is no complimentary breakfast. That would have made it perfect! Great place to stay.
