It is a nice location, but the customer service can use improvement. The room had a broken showerhead and no one would answer the front desk phone. So, I had to walk down to the front desk in person and the person there stated that they would send someone right up to fix it, which they never did. I had to go complain again, until I finally had a change of room. It was too much of a hassle especially when all you do is want to settle in, relax after a long day. Other than that, the hotel has a nice cozy feek to it. There are lots of dining options in the surrounding area, and the room was clean and quiet. I would book there again, but hope that next time I get better service.

Check in agent not very personable, but we did get a room on the highest floor available as requested. Room was a little worn - sheets seemed old (soft, like grandma's sheets); toiletries were neutrogena except for lotion. It would be nice if those items could be in an environmentally friendly dispenser in the shower. Keurig coffee w creamer. Lobby and breakfast area attractive. Included breakfast was very good - cooked to order. Oatmeal good - not gloppy, yummy pancakes! Overcooked sausages. Breakfast area staff very nice. Would return if in the area.

Noise, ridiculous prices for very poor food service. Breakfast included? Eggs and perishable items left outside your door before 12 a.. of the next day. Noise, little or no staff, Telephones were not operable in the rooms. Barking dogs, children running down hallways and in crowded rooms, I checkout out before midnight the first night of a two night stay and drove home.
The rooms were comfortable and staff was awesome. Would like. To see the bar open at night though
They charged me 250.00 for smoking i dont even smoke

The staff was extremely friendly and always accommodating with whatever you needed. The only thing is I didn't realize is that they will not clean your room unless you request it so just make sure to request a cleaning if you desire.

We are working on sheets, however there are delays on getting products at the moment. We are working on the environmental dispensers as soon as they are available to us.
