the property was not clean at all. not worth the money we paid for. believe we should have a refund! there was mold in the bathroom, walls were dirty, bathroom wasn’t working the whole visit. called maintenance to come fix it but it still wasn’t working. the 2nd night of stay the bathroom didn’t work & there was no one available to help us. the maintenance man was nice & helped when he could.
Motel Manager at front desk was courteous and very helpful. Really impressed with the friendly atmosphere and response to our requests. Really enjoyed the stay and slept good. The amenities were great for reasonable price. The hotel is located in an area with many resources in walking distance!!
we have traveled during the pandemic and this is the first time that if Breakfast was advertised it was not provided. Other hotels (LA area) have staff member passing out / serving breakfast, people were to take it to their rooms. traveling with kids this is one if not the main reason of choosing a hotel, and finding out the morning of that its not provided was very frustrated. The pool was also closed which was also disappointed.
Stay in hotel for 2 night, leave everything in hotel. and all mu staff is empty. take all, and on reception don’t know why take it.
First off we arrived to check in and it was 5PM, check in is at 3PM and our room was not ready. That and there was a trainee there at check in that was not familiar with what to do. The Trainer had gone out to get food, which required more waiting. Advertised on Orbitz was breakfast was served, and there was not.
It was great that when I went to complain about getting billed twice the staff helped me fix it right away ! Mistakes happen and it was nice that he helped fix it right away and not argue with me thanks
Good location store's nearby close to freeway.easy to find.
I felt safe there and it was in a good location. The office staff was very helpful with helping me find the correct connection for wiFi. They were also friendly and helpful.
Nice, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. No bread! No cheese! No orange juice (it's orange soda)! Otherwise not bad.
Everything else was good, but when I asked the front desk person about the breakfast, he said that since he had to cover for an employee he couldn't get breakfast. I am not sure if he really cared! Also instead of orange juice there was a punch which I didn't appreciate. There was no bread or cheese, however there was milk and cereal, but no bowl to eat it in. I had to eat it in a coffee cup they had. Very disappointing.
Not a fancy place, but I didn't need it to be fancy. Very clean and comfortable with iron/board fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay, but they could have a better selection.
Definetly coming again. Staff was very friendly and prompt to help if needed. Vending machines and washer and dryer were also available.

I am very disappointed to hear that our room service and housekeeping staff did not meet your expectations. Your remarks are well noted and I personally will make every effort to remove all shortcomings as soon as possible. We will try the next time to be more than expected.
