Room was recently remodeled. Nice room and amenities for the price. I was surprised with this room and experience for the positive. And since no one ever says anything about this in their reviews I’ll tell you that there is plenty of parking available so don’t worry about your midnight how cisits

We arrived at 1:30am and hotel was locked - no one at the front counter - we had to wait outside for about 10min for someone to show up - all was normal till one of us was about to shower - we opened one of the clean towels up and found a big booger with blood on it - so we had to inspect the room ourselves since we had a kid with up - we were woken up to banging on the walls - probably due to construction but still - they were banging on the pipes - we took a picture of the towel if anyone reads this and wants to try and do something about it

Currently undergoing renovations. We stayed in a renovated room. It lacked character but was very clean. The breakfast was above average with a variety of options and fresh fruit. The shower water pressure was awful…use the detachable shower head instead of the main shower head…it will take less time to rinse your hair!

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor swimming pool, which was highlighted as a key amenity and a rare feature in the area. This was especially important for my children during our family visit. Upon check-in, we were informed that the pool was closed until February. At that point, it was too late to make alternative arrangements. Had this information been clearly disclosed in advance, we would have stayed with family instead or booked another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for my children.

The hotel is under construction and the advertised pool, hot tub and gym are not available. We had just driven nine hours with young kids and had booked a place with a pool so our kids could burn off some energy. The woman at the front desk was very nice and offered to cancel our reservation, but we had nowhere else to go. Expedia needs to update this property to reflect both the construction and the lack of advertised amenities.
