Welcome to San Antonio! This newly built modern San Antonio City Mini Farmhouse is located in the Historical Government Hill. This home is 1.5 miles from the Pearl Brewery district and Ft. Sam. The neighborhood is older but is being revived some of the homes nearby need work on them. The home is 5 miles to downtown. The world famous Alamo, River Walk, AT&T Center, Henry B. Gonzales Center, and the exciting downtown scene, is a little over 2 miles away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

The tiny farmhouse was very cozy and comfortable. The house was so central to everything that we wanted to do.

Great for the price

This place was so cute, and the location was literally central to everything that we wanted to do while we were on vacation. It was perfect sized and included a lot more than we expected in the house. My only complaint was the cleanliness. When we arrived there was a stain on the couch that looked a little suspicious. A stain on the bedsheets, and unfortunately there were some hairs on the toilet seat. When we went to cook, several of the dishes that had been put away still had food stuck to them. I am not sure if they use a cleaning company, but if they do, they may want to circle back around with them regarding the level of service they're getting. There wasn't a check-out document that I could find, so we washed and put away the dishes and put all towels and sheets in the laundry upon leaving. All in all, we had a wonderful time there, and would even give this place another chance. However, there is a heightened lens on cleanliness and disinfecting these days so I wanted to take the time to point out where this property could improve. Overall great stay.
