The room wasn’t clean. There was a roach on my bed, the room smelled like smoke but was a smoke free room, and the bathroom was dirty. The gentleman at the checkout counter was very polite and helpful.
I would like to Thank Linda from the front desk, She is a very friendly, helpful person. I had to go back the following weekend and she was very helpful and went ahead and re-booked the same room, Nice staff and nice rooms,

Had to move room smelled bad. The second room smelled bad too
The bathroom was extremely small. Had a hard time getting through the door. The room was dirty. There were food crumbs on the desk. We had to switch rooms. The first room had mold on the A/C and smelled of mildew.
Location was great distance from airport. Just a few miles from early breakfast places like Denny’s and Jim’s
Close to Airport and inexpensive, which is what I wanted..
There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, but thankfully it did not extend into the room. The worst part was the long black hair in the tub and a cluster of black hairs behind the bathroom door. (We both have short white hair so we know it wasn't ours.) We were also surprised to learn that although this is billed as the Red Roof Inn San Antonio-Airport, there was no shuttle to or from the airport, so we had to get a taxi. There was also only one chair in the room so we weren't able to just sit and relax there together. On the positive side--the staff was wonderful...very friendly and helpful.
I had to switch rooms twice the room smelled like old socks there was no ironing board no iron no refrigerator no microwave the rooms was too small the windowsill was cracking the first room I went and that’s when I was dirty wasn’t clean properly the staff was amazing there was no ice machine on the second floor or soda machineThere a vending machine charge too much it said one price and charged you another and I didn’t get my money back the elevators are slow but that hotel needs some TLC

Overall, not to bad for a one night stay before catching a flight the next morning. Price was very good and room was clean. Facilities not great, but not terrible either.
Close to the airport. Although the staff was great, the condition of the hotel was old and looked it.

My apologies for the location of the property. It is very convenient to the airport, but with the two freeway intersection, it is difficult to get to the property without navigation.
