Room smelled horrible. Room had not had good clean in long time, bottle caps under the bed, ashes in window, gook around walls. Just gross. Not the same as the pictures on the internet.

elevators broke down a couple of times.. Rugs do need cleaning in the halls they stink bad other than that guess ok

The location, the rooms and some of the clientele are creepy. Avoid if possible for a more cheerful experience.

Very mad upset. Drove 6 hours for that. Not happy about that room look like someone homeless lived there.

It was an ok hotel, but not happy with the fact there was No Coffee Pot , iron/ ironing board, No Hair dryer in our room, Dissappointed .

The front desk was helpful and even managed to lower my rate for the one night stay I booked through orbits. Very friendly. Even for one night I felt very comfortable there!

I was very pleased with this hotel. It is slightly older, but very decent. Upon checking in the staff was attentive to my needs, and went above and beyond to locate (pretty sure maintenance went and bought a new) shower chair to use in our room. Beds were extremely comfortable, and plenty of plugs near the bed to charge all phones while playing on them. I will definitely look at using this hotel again for my next trip.

The room was OK, the only issue we had with the room was the air conditioner in the room above us was dripping water onto our unit, so through out the evening we would here the water hitting our air conditioner and window.

The area where the hotel is located is good. The front desk staff is always pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, they no longer have the airport shuttle, which was one of my preferred details. The housekeeping is very erratic: sometimes the rooms are satisfactorily clean, and other times the cleaning is very sloppily or barely done.

The hotel was a little disappointing because it didn't look at all like the pictures. It was very convient for where we needed to be and the bed was great and clean and the bathroom was clean... The carpet was dirty. The place was a very good deal for the money

Comfortable and peaceful and the hotel was at a perfect location nearby where we needed to go and didn't have to get on the busy freeway. We had a handicapped room which was okay for our needs but the shower was okay the only thing was that there was no space to put your belongings in the restroom but other than that is was a good stay

The room was quite the staff was very nice. We would stay at red roof again.

Easy to find, just off the freeway. Little to no noise from freeway or airport. Comfortable

The hotel was very clean! I believe the room very nice and must have been re-done within the last six months. I would stay at the hotel again and I recommend it! Very good value for the money!

There was no fridge, no ice bucket,no iron, no hair dryer like in normal hotels, the air conditioning system was very noisy, the shower would make a very loud noise as well.

The room was dirty, the sheets smelled, the shower wouldn't drain overall I would rate this place a 2

Comfortable and secure close to the airport and several restaurants. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have an airport shuttle.

Good hotel for the price stayed for baseball tourney

I stayed here with my young daughter for a week and it was a great value. Breakfast was great for us because my daughter loved the waffles. The big negative was the location. It shares a parking lot with a busy strip club and I was always a bit worried walking to and from my car at night. It's walking distance to the mills mall and waffle house.....and strip club. The room was comfortable and mostly clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great value for the money. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
