This is a "Sam & Dean" motel (Supernatural). We love the simplicity of this accommadation. The woman the checked is in and I suspect owns the place, was very nice. She made sure we had clean towels daily and cleared out the trash too. This little place is convenient to get to downtown San Antonio easily and we paid a very nice rate considering all other accommodations were $200 a night. We were there for The Final Four. If you like clean and simple this is the perfect place to stay

Last minute trip to the Final Four and not much was available. The place is clean but it needs some modern upgrades such as maybe a desk lamp with USB plugs. The area is on a busy road and didn’t see many places around for food. Overall, it was a good place for a few nights but know that there’s not much around.

Had to cancel in an emergency

We were stranded and were not able to get there we called to cancel the reservation in an emergency. Is there any way to get some of our money back?

I didn’t sleep at all cause of bedbugs so I had a on sit in the chair all night till my checkout. Sorry, I’m not complaining cause that’s what I paid for but at least clean the bed or something.

The lady was very mean..kicked us out in the middle of the night bc I'm handicap an have a service dog with papers.Bc she told u didn't read the rules no dogs..I have a registered service animal with papers..we left in the middle of the night with a baby an drove back home

Long Drive Home

Unplanned event. Needed a place to rest for the night before a drive home. The rooms were a little noisy when other guests closed their doors. And the some of the linen didn't look clean. Overall a good experience from booking with HOTELS, check-in, and the stay overnight.
