Best Stay

This property is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Exactly as marketed on the website. The location was perfect and convenient for us since family lives close by. We didn’t use all the amenities but it was available. We definitely come back to revisit.

Alamo Bowl Weekend

Check in was easy but we didn’t have WiFi right away but texted the owner and he helped me with getting it going. Master Room is very nice with a comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. We loved hanging out on the comfy couch. I also spent some time relaxing on the rooftop when it was sunnier out. The place is close to Pearl and to downtown so we could do everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was the 3rd bedroom was a day bed without any arms, so it was hard to sleep on because the pillows kept falling off the bed all the time. Having just regular twin beds in that room would have been better.

What a gem!

The townhouse was very clean, comfortably spacious and perfectly located for our weekend event. The management team provide plenty of useful information prior to our arrival and quick to respond to our inquiry. Without a doubt, we will be back!!

Two Masters!

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. The location is very handy very close to the Pearl and so many amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely and had tea and coffee and a few snacks. Nice living area for visiting with friends.

Perfect spot in San Antonio

This is the best place we have stayed in San Antonio! It is within walking district of The Pearl, as well as other great restaurants. We came for the BOA Band Super Regional and the UIL State Championship. Easy less than 10 minute drive to the Dome. The bedrooms are a great size and comfort. The living room was perfect for relaxing, catching up on some weekend football, and the outdoor patio space was relaxing. We will definitely stay again! Also should say the hosts provided great information and were quick to respond. 5 Stars

Family

Stayed at this wonderful house due to the recent passing of a beloved family member. Although this was a sad time for our family, the house provided us with a comfortable and relaxing home that was much needed during our stay. The home is wonderful and location was great. Thank you so much Lucas!

Great property and location

Great location, host was very responsive to messages. View out back isn't great, but the area was safe with lots of nearby places to eat, drink, and walk. The Modernist- amazing bespoke bar; anywhere at Pearl (our favorite SA place to hang out); great nearby wings place (Fried Hard). Brought a small sound machine and no problems with trains or noise. Property manager dropped off some missing kitchen items the same day we sent a message about them. Clean and well appointed. Beds are firm. Pillows aren't great but there are ample extras to pile them up. Plenty of linens as well. A coffee table was the only thing we really missed- nowhere to put our feet or our drinks when watching TV. Would absolutely stay here again if remains affordable.

Fantastic Family Stay in San Antonio Townhouse!

We recently had a wonderful family getaway at this gorgeous townhouse in San Antonio, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and all the comforts of home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The location was ideal—close to local attractions, dining, and parks, making it easy to explore the best of San Antonio. We especially loved the cozy living room area, where we spent evenings unwinding after a day of adventures. The host was attentive and provided us with all the information we needed for a seamless stay. The townhouse was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. We can't thank the owner enough for such a memorable family vacation! If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in San Antonio, this townhouse is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in dozens of VRBO homes but this one has to be the absolute best. Location, cleanliness, furnishings, communication, check in was definitely a 10. The home is beautiful and close to everything. I can’t say a single negative about it and will definitely book it again!

Great Property, Location, & Host

Stayed with my family for our anniversary weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect, we had plenty of room upstairs to hangout, cook, or watch TV, as it’s very spacious. It’s a newer development, so it was nice having new amenities. It was an ideal location and easy to get to the Pearl, whether you want to walk or drive, or Riverwalk. The host, Lucas, was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. One of the top hosts I’ve come across. They even utilize an event company if interested, so if you want them to decorate for a theme/event they will. I had them do something for our anniversary and it turned out amazing, way better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this property no matter the occasion! We’ll certainly we back! San Antonio Quick Trip

House was very nicely decorated and stocked. Arcade game, stocked fridge with goodies and the space heaters were a nice touch. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern as posted on the listing. Lucas was very responsive to my messages. The only issues we had were more related to the location than the property. The house is within earshot of the railroad tracks so we woke up to the sound of trains honking. The neighbors were smoking marijuana so we woke up with sore throats. Perhaps having portable air purifiers onsite? Again these things were unrelated to the upkeep of the property itself which we liked. Nice property. Very comfortable.

Great getaway

Perfect Labor Day weekend stay

We LOVED our stay. We came with a well behaved group of soccer boys for a tournament. They were in heaven. It was spacious, we got to walk to the cvs-food trucks-the pearl, the adults got to run on the riverwalk and up around historic fort Sam area, and the boys got to rest and bond as a team, have meals together, and watch movies together. We saved money eating in and having a frig and kitchen. We walked over to licks for some ice cream one night. The location was perfect. We felt safe. Lucas was SO attentive and responsive. Hope to stay again soon.

Awesome property!

Lucas was extremely easy to work with. Great communication, offers to help, and fixed a broken garbage disposal within a few hours of the request. The Pearl area is a lot of fun- especially at night. This property is a short drive from there in an area being built up. The place was extremely clean and we felt very safe and secure with the garage parking and lock system. We would definitely stay here again!
