Room was filthy. I purchased cleaning supplies to mop the floor and sanitize the grungy and filthy toilet as well as the shower.
When I checked in, the front desk clerk was babysitting a young child in the front lobby. I brought the several discrepancies to the clerk's attention and was told that "no manager is on duty, you will have to deal with it."
I left the property briefly to purchase cleaning supplies, and when I got to my vehicle there was a citation on it saying that I was parked improperly and should not back in to parking stalls. The citation from the property stated my vehicle will be towed for future violations. There were other vehicles parked the same way, and were not cited. I felt as if they were discriminating against me. When I spoke to security, The very large male security guard stated "if you violate the hotel rules, you can deal with ME!". The man acted in an intimidating manner, and did not look like a security guard due to his sloppy and unkempt appearance. There were no signs posted regarding parking, nor was I told at check in. Clerk stated that "It's the county that makes us enforce the rules."
I spoke to the clerk the next morning, no resolution to my concerns. When I inquired about checking out early, the clerk said "we have a no refund policy, you already paid, so you may as well suck it up and enjoy your stay or you can go pay for another room someplace else, princess".
Regional manager did not return phone calls or text msg.
