I am excited to share my home with you! It has a perfect balance work and relaxation. It is located in a quiet, safe and charming neighborhood while being central to all major attractions in the Sacramento area.
The home is setup with a standing desk monitor, mouse, keyboard, and dock station for anyone needing a space to comfortably work on their trip.
The primary bedroom has a king size Nectar memory foam hybrid mattress with Luxome Bamboo sheets which are incredibly comfortable! In case you need extra sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed.
Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the large 65” smart TV.
Nespresso coffee is provided for you to get your day started, and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices for your use.
Guests will have access to the entire top unit, Except for the garage (for owner's storage).
The Lower unit may be occupied by other travelers during your stay. Although the lower and upper unit are mostly sound isolated you may hear some light noise when guests are there.

Weekend stay.
It was an additional unit above the owners garage, which i didn’t know. But the unit was very clean and set up great. King bed, full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living area. Also used the desk setup for remote work, so that was useful. The location was in a nice neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown SAC. It was cheaper than any hotel in the area, and very comfortable. So I’m very pleased with my stay. Also the owner was very easy to contact if i needed anything.
