This private space includes 1 bedroom w/queen bed, and full bathroom. The living room area is fully furnished, w/flat screen tv w/roku, futon, and dining room table. The unit is perfect for a single person, a couple or a family of 3. Kitchen equipped w/appliances, cook-ware and anything you may need to prepare meals.

This is located near downtown & midtown. You may see some homeless activity since it is so close to both, but the property is secured in a gated area & we have never had any security issues.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, an ironing board, and a dining table.
