The room and hotel was clean and tidy. However, there were no blankets on the beds. I requested a blanket from the from desk, but what I was given was still not much thicken than a sheet.

I HAD MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS AT THIS PROPERTY. OUR ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY AND UNCLEAN. I WISH I CAN SHOW THE PICS I TOOK. I'M GRATEFUL I ALWAYS BRING LYSOL AND CLEANING SUPPLIES WITH ME. THERE WAS ALREADY OPEN SOAP AND SHAMPOO LEFT IN SHOWER, OLD FOOD ON FLOORS AND HAIR EVERYWHERE. THE FRONT DESK AND MANAGER, DANIELLE HORTON, WERE NOTIFIED OF THESE ISSUES RIGHT AFTER CHECKING IN AND NOTHING WAS DONE. IN FACT, THE FRONT DESK YOUNG LADY STATED "IF I FIND SOME GLOVES, I WILL COME CLEAN IT BUT IF I DON'T THEN OH WELL." NO SOLUTION TO OUR ISSUES! WE WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN! AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND WHO WILL LISTEN TO NOT STAY HERE EVER, NO PROFESSIONALISM AND JUST HORRIBLE!!

I booked 2 queens and got 2 full beds, remote to tv did not work. Last time I stayed there someone else was given a key to my room and me and my wife had someone walk in on us during the night. I will not come back.

I like the hotel. It needs a dark out curtain as streetlight was coming thru transparent curtain. Overall cleanliness was good. Check in staffs are ineligible for the job they are doing, very impolite, and rude.

I couldn’t take a shower in the AM, because the water didn’t get warm enough to get in. The drains in the tub and the sink were backing up. I feel like I should be reimbursed some money off the price, since I couldn’t take a shower!!!
