The bistro/bar is a hidden gem for sure!
The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing. Tub faucet dripped all night after showering, room was dusty. Just didn't seem as if I was staying in a Marriott property. Wall paper coming off the wall in bathroom, wall hook coming out of the wall.

Girls at front desk were great. Put in room with two queens but I booked a King. Bed was not comfortable and with a queen my husband and I slept horrible. Shower was not good at all.... Coffee maker was broken but girls at front desk provided two small coffees from down stairs as a replacement.
Everything was Good Both time we stayed in the Courtyard by Marriott Ruston. Love the Closeness to Food and Stores. Hotel was Clean and Staff Was Professional and Courteous. Will be Staying there for any visit I have in Ruston
Orbitz did nothing to help me with my difficult situation but the hotel manager came through in the end
The hotel was essy to access from the highway and near to many restaurants. The lobby was very nice.
The lobby was awesome, especially the recliner seating.
This is a new hotel, just open for a couple of months. Everything is fresh & new, staff very nice. A SHOUT OUT TO JAMES, THE BARTENDER !!! he was very helpful with info about resturants & the local sites in & around Ruston. I would gladly stay there again...Even the wife loved it, so it must be good

Room was great. We were on second floor, handicap room. At 10:30 pm, apparently kids in room above were allowed to run and jump off the bed over and over and it was loud. I called front desk and was told they would handle it. Received a call back to say the upstairs room had been warned. It quieted after a while but then started again at 1:30 am. I was so groggy I didn't call again and finally fell asleep around 3:00 am. I informed the front desk upon checking out about the issue. Hoping this is not due to a poorly constructed building.
