Stayed there for 3 weeks. Every one was friendly and always. Especially the house keepers. I mostly had the same housekeeper (which her name is possible to remember)All i know it starts with a B)who always left me peppermints and a card everyday! Always had a smile on her face. Overall I most diffently will stay here again.Friendly staff and very clean hotel.Breakfast was amazing

Bed sheets with what looked like pizza sauce, make up and crumbles. So this tells me that the sheets and pillow cases did not get changed. I asked for a different room the receptionist was friendly. I usually stay 20 miles up the road in Monroe but did not want to make the drive. Never again will I stay here I'll just make the drive to a clean hotel.

Clean property with comfy bed, nice linens, plenty of pillows. Bathroom is clean, functional with adequate towels, toiletries. Room is large with separate TV area, separate bedroom...nice. Very noisy on odd number side (overlooking highway). This was literally a few feet from the interstate (EZ off, EZ on). Breakfast was standard, acceptable, nothing special, but was hot, fresh and well stocked. Decent-size breakfast area. Pros: Bed, linens, pillows Bathroom Room size Cons: **Interstate noise**

I am a Marriott Rewards member, so I stopped here after a long day's drive. I had no idea what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room and accommodations were very neat, clean, and comfortable. The hotel even held a reception with wonderful gumbo and crawfish meat pies! It was relaxing and a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this location.

Marroitt at its best. Helpful staff and great facility. when go east will plan a stop here, great location for our trips. Be sure and make reservations, we called ahead , they were turning people away when we checked in.

Staff is very nice. Facility is nice and seems fairly new. The pool is rather small and noisy since it is inside. Complimentary breakfast was good. There is only one elevator so if it's a busy time of day just use the stairs. The noise from the interstate was bothersome, I bought a fan so I could drown it out and get a good nights sleep. The other didn't seem to mind, I am a light sleeper. The matresses and pillows were nice. The A/C will get the room cold. The bathroom was nice.

I stayed here for 5 nights and once again I have absolutely no complaints. The location is great as it is close to everything in Ruston. On Wednesday they had a customer appreciation night with wings, Chili and beer. Nice touch. I will be back for sure. Rooms were clean and the staff is always friendly.

Our baseball team was there for a tournament, when team checked out they left valuables in one of the rooms, Celina turned items into front desk and we were contacted by Tonya Banzet. It goes to prove that there are people today that are doing the Right thing! Many thanks to Celina Burks

I was in Ruston for a family gathering weekend trip. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. Nice toiletries. The location was great - near many of Ruston's restaurants and shopping. The only complaints I had were weak wi-fi, and some of the room outlets didn't have very much power; had trouble charging devices. The free breakfast was pretty good, nice variety, but I think the powdered scrambled eggs should have been prepared to look and taste a little more real. I would definitely consider staying again.

Nick at the front desk gave us excellent customer service. our car broke down and he made sure we got a room to fit our family. He also made sure we had complementary hygiene packs. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast.
