First impression of accommodation "tired", then it got better with great beds. Perhaps we were in overflow accommodation. Lovely staff, nice bar, lounge & a good dining room. Very handy to airport & not too noisy. We were at a convention so it provided what we wanted.

The room was clean and well-stocked with necessities. It was great to see the use of organic products in the bathroom. It looks like the rooms need a bit of maintenance due to wear and tear. The planes stop flying fairly early so noise is not a problem The room service dinner took over an hour to be delivered. The meat dish was $36 and would not feed a hungry diner. The piece of meat was very small and most of the meal consisted of iceberg lettuce salad and hot chips. A limited number of devices per room can use the internet per day. I had to park my car outside under a tree and birds pooped on it overnight.

Into Hamilton for local wedding. Overnight only. Arranged prior for early check in, not a problem. Delighted when arriving we could be accommodated even earlier. So no rushing. Rooms comfortable, nice to have a bath/shower combo. Restaurant on site but not open for lunch unfortunately, would have made use of a room service menu if available. Hotel is right by road. Some traffic noise. Pool looked inviting, didn't get a chance to use unfortunately. Would stay again, really did enjoy being able to stroll across airport car park to Hotel.

Had a great stay here. The apartment was comfortable and well equip. Breakfast everyday was excellent with particularly nice coffee. Reception staff very helpful, particularly Manu and Elise. Would recommend as a no nonsense hotel which offers a comfortable stay with good food. Free Wifi too!

Stayed at this Hotel four years ago for an event at Mystery Creek and was surprised how much it had changed! The room I was allocated was very run down,, paint peeling off the walls , stained carpets , huge plaster cracks in the bathroom. Staff were unhelpful to the point of being invisible at stages , stood at reception for 15 mins , then rang the reception number 3 or 4 times to get the Wifi password but no-one turned up or answered the phone. Certainly won't be going back

Horrible! Staff were arrogant and unhelpful, rooms could do with a makeover, replace the carpet and bed linen. Very disappointed. We're having a few drinks from the bar but no service after 10.30pm because the staff went for a 'work out' even though there were a dozen of us wanting a couple more beers. Avoid of possible.

First time here for over 31/2 years but once again a very pleasant stay. Had a 2 day conference at the Hotel's impressive conference centre and everything, food, beverage and surroundings, went very well. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable and once again I was surprised at how quiet it was given the Hotel's proximity to the airport. Even had a swim in the pool which had been substantially upgraded since my last stay. Overall a very good couple of days.

Arrived at 2pm to checkin after booking had been made for a few months, to be told the current guests were given a late check out and we could not have room. Given we had driven there to get changed for an event, we were taken back a little. We were offered another room to use but would then have to change rooms again later that night once other guests had arrived or left. Staff had no idea what rooms were occupied or not. Disorganised and not willing to compromise. Total shambles, told them to flag stay and cancelled. Why would you allow guests to have a late check out when you know you have guests coming in? Perhaps reallocating rooms at time would been a better solution. No rating given because this place does not deserve one...! Stay at your own peral.

Do not waste your time or money staying here, worst night we have ever stayed at a hotel, beds are like sleeping on wood, pillows are about ten years old ,needs totally re doing and a decent clean,no air conditioning ,went to reception to complain staff there not even interested in coming up with any suggestions,if I could have given a zero rating I would have ,best thing about this hotel is leaving

The prices are very reasonable, the staff are very friendly, buildings & grounds are well maintained. Great facilities and very clean. The pristine swimming pool was a welcome relief. Couldn't get any closer to Mystery Creek venue and only a ten minute drive into the city.
