We didnt arrive until 10pm but found the key and room as per instructions easily. The room did have a weird smell but about from that was fine and beds comfy. Only downside was lack of hot water. In the morning only 3 out of 5 had hot showers

Clean rooms. Had 2 single beds on mezzanine and double bed downstairs with 2 seats, kitchen and dining table and 4 chairs. Had plenty of cutlery and plates/bowls for 4 guests. Luckily we didn't need the small plates as only 3. Had a hotplate. My only gripe is the pans supplied were tiny. Had to boil a packet of spaghetti in two separate pans as they were so small. Not ideal when also trying to cook the sauce. Good to have hooks/towel rail in bathroom for all guests to put their towels. Shower was powerful and hot. Had internet and DVD player. Didn't get to check out facilities nearby as rain didn't stop till next morning when we had to leave. Colourful playground, however, as single glazed glass, could hear little girl playing/shouting at 7am. Would recommend.

The room was spacious but spare, and we appreciated the kitchen and dishes, toaster, etc. Photos of the property are misleading, as this is an older facility. Staff were friendly, but game room and equipment need better care. Location is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff are lovely and accomodating. The spas are amazing. Great area for kids etc. It's obvious it's not had a really deep clean in a long time and that was really dissapointing. We had to wipe surfaces like table and light switches as they were tacky and brown. Otherwise we really liked it. Great price and easy to get too. We do recommend, just take your cleaning wipes!

Fabulous room and facilities except for the shower

Comfortable bed.  Small kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge with tiny freezer space. Plates, cutlery, pots, pan, 2 hotplates, toaster, glasses, wine glasses, egg cups, glass bowls, cheese grater. separate kitchen sink. Dish liquid sachets. Tea and coffee including plunger. 6 milk pods. Park behind apartment. Walkway to front door not sealed so can't roll bags. Dated bathroom. Heated towel rail. Fabulous towel presentation including purse pack of tissues. Terrible shower. Strange dial to turn on. Impossible to adjust pressure. I was nearly blasted out of the shower. Couldn't get to dispensers without getting my hair wet.

The property was a bit dated but had all that we needed. The 2 single beds on the mezzanine floor would have been very useful for a larger group. Some things needed attention eg a loose cupboard handle, a light bulb out, but when we mentioned this on our departure, the staff took note and intended to sort them out that morning before the next guests arrived. Overall very good and would stay again.

This was a great deal for a nice apartment with kitchen including dishwasher and oven and a full-size fridge/freezer. The location is great..away from the highway but still close enough to walk to whatever there is to walk to in Turangi. Bathroom a little tired but water pressure great and heated towel rack was a nice touch. Hair stuff and hand wash was nice quality. Body lotion would be appreciated. The bed was comfy. There are 2 spa tubs located in individual buildings but I didn't use them. There was not much appeal to sitting in a closed room with the tub. There was a nice looking outdoor pool but I didn't use that either. I would certainly stay again
