Just way too pricey! Kinda ruins the overall experience.

The property was very beautiful and vibrant, What disturbed me is that they did not enforce the face mask rule for inside the public spaces in their lobby area which was quite packed and busy with people mingling, eating waiting for entry into the bar area, ALL with no masks and when inquired, the hostess explained that people gave her a hard time when she tried to ask them to put their masks on. That should NOT just be her responsibility. It falls to management to monitor those matters. It's that again MONEY trumps common sense and public health. It was truly a disappointment to not feel safe in the areas we wanted to be in.

The Archer Hotel is lovely and it's amenities are great, particularly the 6th floor outdoor space. However, when we stayed (Monday the 14th until Wednesday the 16th) the staff was spread fairly thin. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival. We didn't get in until after 4 o'clock. We had to deal directly with the valet parking as the front desk was overwhelmed. On Tuesday morning we were told it was a 20-minute wait for breakfast as there weren't enough servers. Fortunately, we were seating fairly quickly.

Modern luxury comfort at it’s best possible “bestest”. From the “Do not disturb” button, to the complementary welcome caramels, the magic of this place will always be remembered. Not to mention, its incredible location. Simply Fantastic.

Very welcoming hotel staff. The property and rooms were far nicer than even the pictures depicted. This was a great choice for the Napa segment of our 25th anniversary get away! We would highly recommend the Archer for a special occasion or just a weekend getaway, it will exceed your expectations.

The hotel is fantastic, very new and clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming. On the property there is an amazing rooftop bar overlooking the surrounding hills, unfortunately for us, we found it a little dirty and unkept. The tables were not wiped down at all, the wait staff was not on the ball, and the manager looked stoned out of her mind. And our drinks, a white wine and a beer were served at room temperature. What a shame.

Beautiful views and a very beautiful hotel. Our room was everything we wanted and more. Unfortunately the service at the rooftop restaurant was severely lacking but can’t complain about anything else.

Great location and great restaurant inside (Charlie Palmers). This is our second stay at the Archer and we love it. The only issue was the Bar at Charlie Palmers had great staff on our last stay. I mean exceptional and knowledgeable. This time they were substandard at best. We were there twice to eat at the bar and left a HUGE tip the first time to ensure a smooth visit. Apparently, the millennial Asian Man/boy who was working both times did not get the hint. And it appears that their slacker culture has hit the market. I worked behing the bar in the 80's and this kid would not have cut it. You are there to provide an experience and service. Learn the trade as you will use it in busienss later on in life(if you make it that far).
