Great location gorgeous pool deck. Some of the staff could have been friendlier that’s for sure, but the hotel itself is lovely.

The hotel is fantastic, very new and clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming. On the property there is an amazing rooftop bar overlooking the surrounding hills, unfortunately for us, we found it a little dirty and unkept. The tables were not wiped down at all, the wait staff was not on the ball, and the manager looked stoned out of her mind. And our drinks, a white wine and a beer were served at room temperature. What a shame.

Great location and great restaurant inside (Charlie Palmers). This is our second stay at the Archer and we love it. The only issue was the Bar at Charlie Palmers had great staff on our last stay. I mean exceptional and knowledgeable. This time they were substandard at best. We were there twice to eat at the bar and left a HUGE tip the first time to ensure a smooth visit. Apparently, the millennial Asian Man/boy who was working both times did not get the hint. And it appears that their slacker culture has hit the market. I worked behing the bar in the 80's and this kid would not have cut it. You are there to provide an experience and service. Learn the trade as you will use it in busienss later on in life(if you make it that far).

The staff and accommodations at the Archer Hotel were wonderful! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us and our 4 month old feel welcome. Upon arrival the room had a crib, bag of new baby products, and children’s books for us to enjoy. Anything we asked for the staff made happen. So thankful for a lovely stay!

The hotel is in a great location in the center of downtown Napa. Great restaurants are within walking distance and the rooftop terrace for guests is an added plus. It is separate from the rooftop restaurant so noise and crowds are not an issue. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the design of the rooms was thoughtful as there are usb and outlets throughout. If possible, I recommend getting a room with a balcony as the views of the Napa hills are amazing. We will stay here again when we return to Napa.

Room would not get cool enough. Otherwise it is an outstanding place.

The hotel location was great and valet parking was very convenient. They even arranged for our car to be ready at 4:45am when no Valets are working. The rooms are huge and if we come back we will stay here again. The desserts are also worth trying downstairs if you need a late night snack.

Excellent hotel overall. The only problem was the air conditioning in the room didn’t get cold enough.

The archer suite was amazing! Loved the huge bathtub and balcony fireplace. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Many wineries nearby.

The hotel is new and in a great location. The entire staff is awesome and would recommend this hotel for your trip to Napa.

Right in downtown Napa. No need for a car. Walked everywhere. Staff was excellent. The bed and pillows was so comfortable. Our suite has a balcony with a fireplace and it was so nice to sit and have coffee.
