The room was really clean and spacious, great to have the kitchen area for our stay. The staff were very polite and friendly. Location was great too, very close to the town centre. I would recommend to anyone choosing to stay in a good base to visit attractions of Rotorua.

It is an old building, very comfortable and spacious. You feel relaxed inside. Kitchen has all you need for 2-3 days stay and the spa bath is big and bubbles come out strong, like they are supposed to!

I’ve stayed at this motel multiple times. What keeps me coming back is how quiet, spacious, and incredibly comfortable it is. The building is a bit older, so it does show some age, but I find it very relaxing and cozy. The main reason I'm a repeat guest is the staff, they are always so friendly and welcoming.

You give for what you paid. The first room that they gave us had a broken sliding door to the Spa room. One of the pillow was dirty. The second room didn't had a water stopper for the spa and it was not working fully. The reception don't open after evening, so if you come back after dinner and find out there you need any services there are none. The rooms are quite big, it's suitable if you have a big family with kids. And they have a kitchen that you can cook, if you don't feel like going out to eat.
