"Our room was very dirty. Reese’s wrapper behind the tv, hair in the bath mat, macaroni noodles on the counter. Something spilled on the closet door by the main door and never cleaned up, sticky spot next to the chair. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed and it was a mess underneath. The TV did not work. The staff was great and tried to help but could tell whoever owns/manages does not care to help make sure the staff have adequate help with repairs and maintenance. The lobby, breakfast and fitness areas were great. The pool heater is broken (I booked this hotel because my kids love to swim) so unless you want to swim in a cold pool or sit in the hot tub, don’t book.
The front counter staff and breakfast staff were amazing. Whoever hired them, gold stars. They all were friendly and so helpful.
Whoever does housekeeping and maintenance needs training. So gross."
