Charming vintage property. Clean and warm with an AMAZING view. Medium level beach access as there is a steep hill and rocks to traverse. Plenty of good food in town. The layout of the rooms is strange, we’ve never seen such a small shower, and there are no tv’s in the bedrooms. In addition, streaming on their Wi-Fi is blocked without an additional charge. Do NOT try to check in early, We called the day before to inquire and were told no problem by a really nice person. When we arrived, we were sent away by a very rude person at the desk.

Only one slight hickup was on the day we were going to checkout the cleaning started early next door and in front of our door primarily vacuuming which was pretty loud. Otherwise great stay

The beds were so comfortable!! And a choice of nice pillows! View is great!! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 2 complaints, the first minor. One of the stove burners didn't work, but I had 3 others to choose from. And the office closes at 10 pm, though if you are going to be late and let them know ahead of time they will accommodate. Overall a very nice stay .

Very basic for the price. Not a good value. Room did not match picture (only one small window). Very dated and semi-clean; wifi only good for low speed use- cannot stream. Worked for our purpose for a quick night to go fishing, but was hoping for something nicer for the price. Could have found any number of other dated motels for less money, but thought this was going to be much nicer.
We arrive 30 mins earlier than the 3:00 check in time. We were able to check in but had yo wait into 3:00 to get our room key. The room was a studio 2 queen very firm beds. The carpet was old with no stains. The full small kitchen was old with older stove only one element worked. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was nice. Our ocean view was excellent. The only downfall was sleeping...we awoke at 1 am with extreme noise from the people above us. We were located on the first floor. The ceiling literally vibrated from their walking across the floor. Sounded like a herd of elephants. This went on for an hour. We didn't get much sleep. Overall we enjoyed the view and overall essence of the older quiet location.

The room was given knowing no TV cable boxes.Check in is at 4:00pm.Early check in is only if room is ready.This property was built in 1930s and 40s.Sorry your stay was not pleasing.The beach access is not ours,its the City.
