The staff was helpful and greatly communicative, letting us self check in for free afterhours and giving us a clear and specific run down on how to find and access the keys. The room was nice but a little run down. It could have used a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom door kept coming off the tract but fine otherwise. Centrally located so it is easy to walk to all the main tourist attractions. Many good bars and restaurants in the area.

We had a great stay at the guest house. Our host Eduardo was very helpful, always approachable and guided us to some nice restaurants and all of them were worth dinner in. Will definitely stay next here next time we visit.

This is exactly what my wife and I were looking for for our holiday, it was close and easy to everything for all of our excursions and beautiful donning all around. The Manager was excellent answered all of our questions and suggested a few fantastic restaurants. I would recommend this guest home to anyone, absolutely perfect.

Feel like a Roman

This was a good location and well maintained. The management was great and very helpful. It is easy walking to numerous cafes and shops I would definitely recommend. It feels immersive into a Roma experience.

I might be biased but I will try and give you my honest opinion. Before arrival and during my check in all my interactions with the people that run the property where really pleasant. They offered us to store our luggage before the check in and were responsive throughout. When we went to the room though, we were made aware that although we had a private bathroom, it was external! Imagine my surprise when I was told that. the room itself was spacious and more that you could ask for such a central location, but that doesn't change the fact that from here I was nitpicking at everything since the initial external bathroom shock. I've noticed some marks on the walls and furniture and in general the room looked run down. Although in the ad it says soundproofed, the noise form outside was definitely a thing, and the Internet was very weak in general. My suggestion would be that the bathroom information is much more visible in the ad than it currently is and for the team to be upfront with it beforehand. Other than that, if you just need a place to stay for a couple of days, it would do in a pinch.

The room was located in a central area in Rome so everything was walking disance 15 to 30 minutes. The neighborhood was safe. Cabs are easy to find. The room was serviced every two days. Guido was easy to answer any questions we had. He was very responsive with our texts. The airconditioning worked very well. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water. My take away is if you need a room to sleep and shower in to be off the explore all the nearby galleries and fountains and statues, this is your place If your looking for a place with breakfast and bar area in your hotel then this is not your place. I will say the room has many resturaunts open for breakfast and many cocktail bars a block away.
