The only good thing about this place is that there is a tram station in front of the hotel which can take you to flaminio metro station in 15 min and policlinico metro station in 20 min. Breakfast buffet was ok. Otherwise the hotel is not worth, feels like a 1950's to 60's hotel room. Mosquitoes were there in the room, there is no individual ac control.

Great bargain. Large room, with a private entrance and outdoor sitting area. Light rail goes by outside all night long. As a light sleeper this interfered with my sleep. Nice continental breakfast included, but was disappointed that the pool was Closed for the season even though it was warm the first few days we were there. Across the street from a large park that was nice to walk through to get to the downtown area of Rome

Nice family hotel in Rome. It is close to the park and tram stop. Overall we loved it. Highly recommend for family with kids.

Truly a greatl hotel! At first I wasn't keen on the location (in the middle of a residential area) but I came to appreciate it! Quiet and away from the noise. If you like a quiet hotel this is one for you. Half the time I thought we were the only people there! Lol! And the tram stops right in front of the hotel. It's about a 15min ride to Vatican City and about 45min to the Colosseum going the opposite direction so it worked out perfectly. The tram is also cheap. 1.50 in Euros per person each way! there is a supermarket about a 10min walk from the hotel so that was convenient. It allowed us to stock up on items and cook dinner in the room a couple of nights! The room itself was cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a bottle of champagne in the room for us (for New Year's Eve). It's directly across from the zoo and our room faced the front. On NY's at 12am we had an unobstructed view of the fireworks going off in the city! The room was spacious with a comfortable living room area and a comfortable bed area. if I had one issue with the room it would be that there is no tv in the bedroom so to not have that was a slight drawback. We would just use our iPads and watch Netflix shows when we went to bed. The staff was the best! We dealt with 3 different front desk employees. the late shift guy was a really helpful and a great assistance to us in providing information, and the girl on the first shift was also very helpful as well. When we go back to Rome we'll be staying here again!
