Our stylish, old-fashion, and charming apartment is perfectly sanitized at every check-out in compliance with the anti-Covid rules. I want you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxed stay and at the same time feel safe. I am at your disposal to organize your transfer to and from the airport.

You will be warmly welcomed in an aristocratic medieval palace located in the most central and privileged position, next to the “Trevi Fountain”, and "Spanish Steps", in the most prestigious district of Rome.

 Our loft is an apartment of up to 6 people, on the first floor, of an elegant and historical 18th-century building finely restored recently: even if it is not equipped with an elevator but you won’t face any problem and you just need to reach a few steps. it is finely furnished and just a few steps from “Trevi Fountain” and lots of Traditional and well-known bars and restaurants in the heart of Rome.

 You will find a modern and equipped kitchen; with all the tools you need for cooking and accessories to organize a romantic dinner. Also, you can find a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, nice dishes, glasses, coffee maker and washing machine there. It is also equipped with a big enough table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people simultaneously; Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in a beautiful and lenitive balcony surrounded by plants and flowers while you are relaxing at home!

 The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms; one of them has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi inside and the other has its own bathroom next to the door.
 both bathrooms, properly tiled, equipped with a new and comfortable shower, bidet, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
 You will find big wardrobes in each room, where you can hang your clothes and store your suitcases.
 The apartment is intimate and collected, ideal for a romantic trip, with a special experience of living in an old-fashion style but modern and beautiful house in Rome's ancient city and perfect for a business trip. You can do smart work in a silent and private place and have everything you need to work remotely. It is equipped with unlimited and super-fast, optic fiber internet WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning, etc.

Our prestigious building is located in the middle of “Vicolo Scavolino” Street and therefore you will be immersed in the silence of ancient Rome and even though we are in the heart of the historic and commercial center of the city.
Ideal to discover Rome walking everywhere: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Barberini, Villa Borghese, etc.). Nearby shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundries, private garages, metro, taxi. Also, in the middle of luxury shopping and trendy clubs (Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Borgognona, etc.).
You will be in the heart of the historic center of Rome and just a few metros stop from the Central Train Station (Termini). The apartment is located so much close to the Spagna and Republica subway and a 24hrs taxi service station.

The apartment is properly ventilated and all of its surfaces thoroughly sanitized with alcohol after every check out in compliance with the anti-Covid rules and you will have scented linen and towels at your disposal.

Other things to note:

Here are some notes to check in easily, they will be helpful for both of us. I can be flexible about check-in time (of course flexibility for check-in and check-out time, depends on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure). anyway, what I ask is to:
 Give me a precise time of arrival at the flat
 Send me a message / SMS when you do land with the name of the airport and the transport you are going to take so that I can easily imagine what time you will be here
 Tell me by SMS if you have any inconvenience that will make you late

guests are supposed to give a copy of the documents, paying tourist tax, and signing the appropriate contract and they can organize the check-in in these ways:
 Check-in starts at 3 pm until late at night, even after midnight. From 9 pm there is a supplement of 20 euros and after 11 pm an extra cost of 30 euros.
 Check-outs are done up to 10:00 am.
If you would like to arrive earlier, please advise me in advance and I will find a solution.

Please consider that the apartment is a holiday home, and as such is subject to the payment of the tourist tax of the municipality of Rome (3.50 euros per day per person up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights)
