Equipped with large spaces, high ceilings and very bright, it allows for a pleasant stay in a very elegant residential area in the famous Monteverde Vecchio district of Rome, behind the Gianicolonand Trastevere lanes.
Suitable for couples of friends, families with children and teenagers or groups of friends, in a central position, with services and connections in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, with large windows that make them very bright, which can be darkened with shutters, curtains and air conditioning.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, bidet and shower, together with a convenient washing machine, with soaps, detergents and towels available.
In the bright and large kitchen, there is everything you need to cook for all meals, with appliances such as a microwave oven, kettle, American coffee machine and moka, together with pots and pans.
You can wash and dry your clothes with the practical drying rack and iron them with an iron and ironing board.
The living room is spacious, with TV and 2 sofas, as well as a large table where you can eat if you prefer to do so in front of the TV rather than in the kitchen.
