The four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a smart TV, ensure total privacy and a restful night\'s sleep. The classically designed living room is perfect for conversations by the fireplace and relaxing moments of reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery, and wine glasses. The three bathrooms are equipped with new showers and with courtesy product kits. The second bathroom is en-suite to bedroom No. 2.

The apartment is located halfway between two of Rome\'s most charming areas: the Trastevere and Borgo neighborhoods, just a short walk from the historic center. This quiet and picturesque area is famous for its cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and proximity to the Janiculum Hill, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Rome. Within a short distance, you will find the Vatican, St. Peter\'s Basilica, and Castel Sant\'Angelo, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and boutiques that make the area lively and welcoming.

Getting around the area is simple and convenient. The bus stop is only 200 meters from the apartment, with several bus lines (280, 62, 46, 628) providing easy access to the historic center (Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna. Pantheon). The Vatican City-St. Peter\'s-Castel Sant\'Angelo area is within walking distance, just a few hundred meters away.

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historic building and overlooks the characteristic Salita di Sant\'Onofrio.

- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.

- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.

- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

- Please note that the house features antique furniture, historic wallpaper fabrics, and a large collection of old books; therefore, the entire environment tends to be dusty and is not suitable for people with asthma.

- Due to the building\'s specific orientation, the apartment receives limited natural light.

- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
