I wish I could share screenshots. I arrived at the property and the elevator did not work. I messaged the manager and about 30 minutes later she said she will contact someone for help. I waited another 30 minutes and never heard back. I called her and she said she can’t answer right now and told me the elevator issue is NOT her problem. Luckily a nice person helped carry our luggage up many flights of stairs. Got to our room and our toilet didn’t flush. I messaged the manager and about an hour later she said: It was working today. There is nothing wrong with it. I told her it doesn’t work and she then said to “Try hitting the button harder and multiple times.” Don’t you think we already tried that? Worst experience ever. Don’t book here.

We booked the property. Flew in from USA, upon landing, they cancelled our reservation as they did not have any free rooms. We paid upfront and expedia nor the hotel will refund any of the $781.82 we paid. NEVER book this place! They now say that they "can not honor our request for a refund" and, Expedia is BLOCKING this review. That's fine, we will post on all other sites. THERE IS NO REASON TO STEAL ALMOST $800 FROM NICE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CANCELLATION AND DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL AT ALL... WE WERE EXCITED TO STAY THERE!!

An overall satisfied stay. Comfy bed, hot water and a clean room. However, there were a few little nags…Firstly, the cleaner entering the room despite the do not disturb sign being on the door (twice). Did not receive an apology for this just a ‘yes’ when I asked for reception to tell their cleaners to look at the sign on the door. Secondly, the shower leaking/dripping all night was a tad annoying. Other than that, location was adequate and overall stay was satisfactory.

Maria was great! She was great at keeping in contact about check in, showing us our room and amenities, arranging transportation, giving tips about seeing Rome, etc. The room also worked out great for us - 3 adults, 3 beds. This is a guest house, however, NOT a hotel with a 24 hr front desk, etc. As long as that is acceptable, this is a great facility in a great location. .

Nice affordable room on Via Boncompagni in Rome

The hotel is reached through a very innocuous door and climbing 3 flights of stairs. A very small elevator can be used. Room very clean and large for Italy. Hostess was EXCELLENT! Very personable and efficient. Only suggestion: The entryway needs a good vacuum! Grazie!!!

Don't build your hopes up with this accommodation.

Overall we were pretty dissapointed as the description of this accommodation is quite miss-leading. Firstly it is not a hotel, it is a block of flats with an area of about 6 rooms that are Suite in Rome Veneto. There is no on site resturant or bar which is listed on the hotel facilities on hotels.com, there is a cafe next door but it's not somewhere you would go for an evening meal and I would certainly not call it a bar. This cafe is the place where you have breakfast, which is only a pastry, a small coffee and a small glass of orange juice, this breakfast was very dissapointing and not filling in the slightest, after pre paying an extra £15 each for breakfast every day this was awful. We had the honeymoon suite and I would certainly not want to go there for my honeymoon! Everything in the room looked very nice but once you actually used the room and lived in it, it kind of fell apart, the tiles on the bathroom floor were wobbly and creaky the plug in the bath wouldn't come out without really digging your fingers in and pulling it out. The tea bags were not replaced and the used tea cups were not cleaned. The view our of the window is just the windows of the flats opposite. The blue light that you see in the picture of the bathroom of the honeymoon suite was broken and only half lit up and then never lit up at all, there was also no shower just a shower head in the bath that you have to hold, the bath takes way to long to fill up. We also found a dirty sock under furniture!
