We had no warm water for the whole time during our stay. The staff was saying every day the tech will come to fix the boiler tomorrow. The beds were super hard and the room feels like cold cell. The bathroom door hinge was broken, everything is outdated. This hotel needs serious inspection or closure.

How many surveys and phone calls do I have to make to let you know when we got there they were closed and we had to scramble to find another hotel which was not easy. The hotel and Orbitz as a representative of the hotel let us down immensely.
The staff was nice and accommodating, the blankets were not clean and the bathroom emits a bad odor.

When you turn on the ac smell bad maybe because the building is old
Property was near a lot of restaurants and shops. What I didn't like was that my wifi didn't work alk week in my room. Also, I have a lot of bug bites from my room as well.
Very convenient location. It is a short walk from the Vatican city. 20 minute walk from major attractions in the old city of Rome
