10/10 Excellent

Liked: Location
We enjoyed our stay. Liliam is very kind and accommodating, and it was great to be able to do our laundry on site. The cleaning service was excellent. You only need to be aware that the kitchen is a shared area, but each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty.

Es un excelente sitio, cómodo, bien ubicado, cerca del metro y los buses que te llevan a conocer toda Roma... El lugar tiene una cocina compartida y sitios comunes, las personas que atienden son excelentes. Volveremos siempre
